Holy Moly

Sooo.. I work at a department store and the other day a dress was returned. But it was bought 9 months ago, and it still had its tags on. I really liked it but it was tagged at $130 and I thought that was a little pricey. But I knew it would be on sale since it had been bought a while ago.
Heres the dress:

It was $3.99! I was shocked.

It's still a little big in the bust but I think I know how to alter it. The belt was mine from a previous dress from Charlotte Russe. I don't really have an occasion to wear it, but I'm sure I'll figure it out!
